Gift Cards are a digital item and no physical card will be posted to you. A digital code which can be entered at future checkouts will be emailed to you. (Please check spam or junk email folders if this does not arrive immediately.)
Gift Cards can be used as a method of payment for products and workshop events brought to you by Clare Johnson for Knot Clever either in part or full.
Gift Card will be processed on the day of redemption or at the time of booking an event.
Gift Cards expire 12 months from date of purchase or on redemption, whichever comes first. After this timw the Gift Card cannot be redeemed. Any remaining balance on the card following part use will remain on the card until redemption or at it's expiration date.
Products and Workshops are subject to availability and are booked on a first come first served basis. Please do not presume that the purchase of a gift card ensures that a particular product or workshop will be available.
