Dream Project incoming......

Hey folks, I can't believe it's been a whole year since I updated my news blog.
So much has happened it's going to be impossible to summarise, but here goes me trying:

At the beginning of July 2023 Knot Clever turned 3!
Three years I've been knotting now and it feels like forever: in  a good way of course.... I'm always learning and finding new ways of combining knots to create my pieces and this year I got to create and install my dream project for a beautifully relaxed bride to be for her and her partner's big day.

Kate and Danny, you were absolute diamonds to work for. Thank you for the opportunity to work alongside some of my closest friends in order to create something unique for your special day. I hope you both had the best time and I can't WAIT to see the official wedding photos......

In other news:
I am still present on the ground floor of Emporium M33 offering my lovely creations to the local community where I live, and the website is operating well with new creations uploaded often. I also have some products inside The Boundary Coffee Shop in Ashton On Mersey; a gorgeous little place tucked away along the banks of the River Mersey.
I'm also still work-shopping but I haven't hosted as many sessions as I'd have liked over the last 6 months. One highlight that does spring to mind however, was my first Rainbow Wrapping workshop at the lovely Kelder in Urmston. Many people I knew booked on and lots of return clients which was wonderful, Thank you so much!

I'm aiming to expand a little with my Christmas '23 Workshops. I am looking at venues in both Chorlton and Altrincham in addition to Urmston, so please keep your eyes peeled for announcements on my socials and events page.
_______________
I'm also trading at Urmston Artisan Market regularly on the first Saturday of each month and at Sale Maker's market on the third Sunday (prior commitments permitting). Markets can be a bit hit and miss from a business perspective and we've had some pretty shocking weather on market days so far this year which really affects who comes out to visit. That said, June's Urmston Market was my best market EVER!!! and I was absolutely buzzing packing down my stall after a long day on my feet.

Last month I made a really big business decision and signed up for a 3 day event on 7th, 8th and 9th September at Manchester Central;
The Interflora World Cup.
I am super excited to be part of their Artisan Village for the full three days and I am already busy making so that I have enough stock to see me through the event. if you fancy a fun day out filled with fancy florals, visit www.interflora.co.uk/page/world-cup where you can find out more and book tickets:

If you've got this far, thanks so much for reading and I'll be back soon.
